LPPM LSPR – Jakarta in collaboration with RSCM Kirana held a series of Excellent In-house Training Service for 3 days, started from Wednesday, 14th June 2017 to Thursday, 15th June 2017 and continued on Monday, 19th June 2017.
This In-house Training was attended by more than 100 employees of RSCM Kirana which aims to improve the human resources competency standard especially related to customer service functions of RSCM Kirana.
LSPR-Jakarta lecturers who gave the materials were Elke Alexandria, M.Sc, Rani Chandra O, M.SI, Gracia Rachmi, MM, Dewi Rachmawati, M, Si, Deddy Irwandy, M.Si and Deddy Muharman, M.Si. They became the trainer in giving the excellent service and handling complaint materials to the participants, then continued with role plays in drama about how RSCM Kirana employees provided excellent service to the patients.
This training is given in order to make the health officers’ give the most excellent service to the patients and family to make them feel satisfied and comfortable with the given service.
